We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this 30-day period.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition – unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, parts, and documentation. Proof of purchase or order receipt is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Mobbinstar.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:

Products purchased from unauthorized resellers

Damage caused by user error or improper use

Special orders or customized items

Sale items or gift cards

Giveaway or promotional items

Return Shipping Fees
A return processing fee of €50 per unit applies for all non-quality-related returns of products.

Exchanges
Exchanges for a different model are only considered for unused products in original packaging, and must be requested within 30 days of delivery. A €50 restocking fee per unit applies, and any price difference between models must be paid.

Exchanges are not permitted after 30 days.

Refunds

Quality issues: Full or partial refund available

Incorrect item received: Free exchange or full refund

Damaged or missing parts: Replacement parts sent or partial refund issued

Order canceled before shipment: 30% processing fee deducted from refund

Order canceled after shipment: €20 shipping fee deducted per item

Refund Price Differences
Price adjustment for partial refunds due to promotions is available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, a free gift may be offered in lieu of a price match. Mobbinstar reserves the right to manage promotional activities and final interpretation of discount pricing.
